Faye Margaret Rigby

Faye M. Bernhisel Rigby passed away on April 15, 2010 in Ogden, Utah. Faye was born on April 3, 1917 in Hyrum, Utah to Henry Ames and Jennie Beebe. Faye married Herald Bernhisel on December 21, 1937 in the Logan Temple. Herald later passed away on March 8, 1953. Faye then married Dr. M. Dale Rigby on July 31, 1959, they later divorced. Faye completed her education in Hyrum, Utah and spent 30 years working for the Postal Service and 10 years with Weinstocks where she received many sales awards. She was a member of the LDS church and served in many activities in the church. She enjoyed her family and grandchildren. Faye is survived by her two children; Mel (Lola) Bernhisel and Kay Hilliard, both of Ogden, Utah along with 3 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 5 great great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by one sister and 3 brothers. Family would like to thank the Garden Assisted Living for the caring staff. Services will be held on Monday, April 19, 2010 at 11:00am at Leavitt’s Mortuary, 836 36th St. Ogden. Family and friends may call one hour prior to services at the mortuary. Interment will be held at the Lewiston City Cemetery.

We would like to send our deepest sympathy to all of you for the loss of your mom and our Grandma. Our hearts are heavy with sadness with her passing. She meant the world to all of us and what an amazing full life she led. I will greatly miss her and will miss being able to talk to her on the phone. We love you Grandma, and we know that you are in a better place. Thanks for all the wonderful times we had together when we were younger. Rest in Peace Grandma, you will truly be missed.
