
Abie Martinez
Our Beloved Father, Grandfather and brother was unexpectedly taken from us on May 31, 2010. He was born November 24, 1947 to Ben and Ernestine Gallegos Martinez.
Dad enjoyed working on cars, which he was very good at. He loved people and welcomed everyone to his home. His greatest joy, was spending time with his family, trips to Wendover, and motorcycles.
Abie is survived by 2 daughters, Anita, Bernadette (David) Maestas, 2 sons Abie (Peggy) Joey; 2 sisters and 1 brother, Charlotte (Sigi), Dennis (Tina) and Becky (Jesse). Also survived by 17 grandkids, 21 great-grandkids and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral mass will be held Friday June 4, 2010 at 11:00 am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church 715 W. 300 N. A viewing will be held on Thursday from 6-8 pm with a Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m.
Services under the direction of Leavitt’s Mortuary.
