I worked with Scott for 3 years and the thing I remember most was Whenever I was a little discouraged with work, life, etc.Scott would make light of the situation with his comical outlook on life and he would make me laugh so hard it would always brighten my spirt, bring hope and I would really just forget what was bothering me, and I thank him for that. He will be missed.

Scott has been my friend since high school. I've been fortunate to be able to work with him these past five years at Hill AFB. Scott would brighten up any room when he walked into it. Everyone enjoyed being around Scott. It's a sad day. My condolences to his family. He will be missed and thought of often.

Scotty was a great person and friend. I worked with scotty at the union pacific railroad years ago when he was in the freight office. And was lucky to have worked with him at Hill Air Force Base for alot of years. I always looked forward to seeing Scotty come down the hall to talk to him. I never seen him in a bad mood or feeling low, he was an inspiration always. There will be a void in this world with Scotty gone. My best to his family for there loss and I know Scotty is in heaven with the great ones and our Heavenly Father.

Dear Diane & family, So sorry to learn of Scott's passing. I never met him but whenever I called your home and Scott answered, he made me laugh. He just had such an infectious grin in his voice, Diane, that I forgot why I was calling you. Jim worked in the same area as Scott at HAFB and always commented on what a happy and upbeat guy he was. Jim and I want to extend our heartfelt sympathy to you and your family at this difficult time. Sue & Jim Cowles
