Rodney James Ballingham

Rodney James Ballingham passed away June 20, 2010 in Las Vegas, NV. He was born on August 5, 1954 in Ogden, Utah to George and Rita Carol Ballingham.

 

He graduated from Roy High School, and attended University of Utah, and graduated from Technical School in Salt Lake City.

 

Rodney worked in Tucson, AZ in the Products Technical Support Department of Ventana Medical Systems, Inc. He also had a professional photography business in Dallas, TX. He was an exceptional and highly respected photographer. Among his clients were numerous modeling agencies and the Dallas Cowboys.

 

His many interests were recreational photography, travel, the study of tea reading, as well as a very broad spectrum of intellectual pursuits including the study of the geometry of snowflakes.

 

Rodney is survived by his Father, and one brother Timothy George Ballingham. He was preceded in death by his Mother, and grandparents.

 

 

Friends may call on Monday June 28, 2010 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. at Leavitt’s Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden Utah. Graveside Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Washington Heights Cemetery.

Scott and I treasure the album of wedding photo Rodney and Doug gave us. Although we haven't seen Rodney, we appreciated the humorous emails he sent; they always made us laugh. Rest in Peace dear Rodney.
