
Jack L. Child Jack L. Child, 66 Of Ogden, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 4, 2010 with loved ones by his side.
He was born on June 11, 1944 in Ogden, Utah, a son of Delbert Earl Child and Antonia (Ann) Catherine Child Davis.
Jack was raised and educated in Ogden and served in the Navy for four years.
He married Suzanne Child in 1978. They had two children Cole J. Child and Aimee M. (Ryan) Fleming. They later divorced. He became grandfather to twins Allie Michelle and Rylie Jean on June 17, 2010.
The family would like to thank Debbie Rothey, Jack’s best friend and love of his life for being with him throughout his long illness and fight with cancer.
Jack is survived by three sisters and two brothers; Mesa C. Trumble of Washington, Linda D. Miller, Annette D. Christensen, Robert (Jean) Child, and Martin J. (Wendy) Davis, all of Ogden.
He was preceded in death by his father, mother, and one brother, Hank Child.
The family would like to give special thanks to Hospice for all their help and loving care through this difficult time.

Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 10, 2010 at Leavitt’s Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden, Utah.
