Somewhere - out there in cyberspace a shining star touched my heart and offered me a wonderful friendship. We shared so many laughs and stories and secrets and amazing jewelry. Deb was a fighter. In the end it was her body that gave in, not her spirit. I believe her spirit will forever watch over all she loved. My prayers and heartfelt condolences to her three sons, Luke, Mike and Dan, her mother, Genevieve, and her two sisters, Wendy and Jan. She spoke of all of you with deep affection. I will forever miss her.

I am so saddened to hear of Debra's passing and wish to extend my deepest sympathy and condolences to her family. Over the last couple of years, Debra and I spent many, many hours emailing each other back and forth, sometimes until wee hours in the morning, just "talking jewelry." I purchased some of my very best Juliana sets from Debra and will forever cherish these items and think of Debra whenever I gaze at these beauties. Debra was a very special and unique person, and I'm glad I was her friend. She will be sorely missed. I'm sending a big <<<HUG>>> to her family and and all you "jewelry people" out there. I know we're ALL hurting right now and need a good hug.

I came to know Deb when she was marketing Di Martino jewelry. When she found out that I had an auto-immune disease, Sjogren's Syndrome, she kindly shared some of her health struggles with me. It was at a time when I was very ill and feeling very isolated. She made me feel valued and she ignited my passion for costume jewelry, which eventually resulted in a new business for me. Thank you Deb. You will be missed--never forgotten. My heartfelt condolences to all who loved her.
