Benjamin F. (Ben) Lee

February 15, 1954 - March 3, 2017

Ben was born February 15, 1954 in Ogden, Utah to Dan Anthony Lee and Deion Marquess.  Ben lived his life “full throttle” and has had his share of trials.  He was affiliated with several motorcycle clubs over the years, most recently with the “Sober Riders” of Ogden, Utah.

 

Ben loved riding his motorcycle, camping, fishing and living his life to the fullest.

 

Ben was loved by many and will be greatly missed.  “Ride Free.”

 

Ben is survived by three brothers, Kenneth Perry Jr., Donald Perry, John Dale (Deborah); three sisters, Shelly Perry, Ann (Rob) Burt, Virginia (David) Courtney; daughters, Star Stone, Tammy English, Amanda Lee Johnson; grandchildren, Skylar, Airika, Keenon, Zairian, Nathan, Ellie, Tyler and Jessica.

 

He was preceded in death by his father, Dan Lee; mother, Deion Marquess and brother, Dan E. Lee.

 

The family would like to thank all the wonderful staff at Washington Terrace Care Center and Envision Home Health & Hospice for being so good to him.

 

A Celebration of Life will be held April 22, 2017 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Leavitt’s Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden, Utah.

Ben, I hope beyond hope that you found peace. I had planned someday to reach a place where we could reconnect, I will carry that regret along with all the things unspoken between us. You were the only person I ever called Dad. Maybe we can ride together in another life.

Im so sorry to hear of Ben's passing. I heard of it, after his funeral. He was a crazy, fun loving person. First time gold prospecting was with him n his wife, at that time. Never struck gold, but enjoyed their friendship. Will miss you my friend. Dana M. Bell
