Our loving Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Sister and Friend Carol K. Leseberg passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family.  Carol remained strong while enduring several medical complications.

She was born to Lawrence Job Kendell and Mable Garner Kendell in Ogden, Utah.  She was raised in South Weber, Utah, graduating from Davis High School.  She met the love of her life, Raymond G. Leseberg and they married on March 25, 1966.  She worked for Hill Air Force Base in the Data Automation Division, being very proud to be one of the first women in the division.  She then worked for Rossignol Ski Company before retiring in 1993.

Ray and Carol spent their retirement years traveling across the country where they made many lasting friendships.  They spent many summers enjoying the company of close family and friends in Star Valley, Wyoming.

Carol is survived by her loving husband, Ray; three children, Michael R. (Robyn) Leseberg, Guy H. (Hoffman) Leseberg, Carolyn R. (Dave) Murray; five siblings, Ronald (Lucille) Kendell, Leora Casteel, Linda (Glen) Poll, Jean (Alan) Condie, Melvin (Lorrie) Kendell; ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Mable Kendell; son, Jeffery M. Leseberg and brother in law, Marlin Casteel.

The family appreciates and thanks the many teams that loved, cared for and supported Carol, especially McKay Dee Hospital, Manor Care, Home Health Care, Dr. Dennis Winters, and Dr. Jeremy Rinard.

Dear Ray, Carolyn, Guy, and Mike - I am saddened by Carol's passing and the grief you all are experiencing. She was a wonderful mother-in-law to me over the years and a loving grandma to my children. I appreciate all that she did and her love and caring. I hope you can find peace in knowing she is happy and no longer ill. I wish you strength from each other and those who care for you and in all the wonderful memories you made together as a family. Love, Sandy

Heartfelt condolences to the Leseberg family. I grew up spending most summers with Carol and her family water skiing and having many wonderful times. Ray and Carol were very good friends of our family. I will forever have lovely memories of her and that contagious smile. I'm sure Dad was there to greet her with Jeff and many other family and friends when she crossed over. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this time. Gail Stephens and Katie Lind.

Carol Kendell Leseberg was a childhood friend. We attended the same elementary, junior high and high school. When we were in our early 20s, we went together with another friend to vacation in Hawaii. We all had so much fun and Carol was always happy and smiling. Just a fun person to be with. I took the opportunity to visit her briefly at Manor Care about two months ago. Again, she had that sweet smile and friendly personality. I though we have lost touch over the years, I still consider her a role model for happiness and sweetness.

Dear Ray & Family I was shocked to learn of Carol's passing, and above all, to realize I lost contact of you two, after so many years. My deepest condolences to you and your entire family. May your memories of all of us always be good ones, and please take care of yourself during these times. You two were the best friends I had during the HAFB days. With Love and Respect, Madeline ( 801-975-6384 )
