Dear Millspaw Family,I just read of your dear Father's passing. The floodgates of memories opened and all those great memories throughout the years returned. Your dear family members are very dear to Gary and me. Your wonderful father has made a big imprint on our lives. I loved going outside and visiting with Charlie while he put the brick on our house when I was 11; all of the gatherings at the church on 13th Street; your memo and dad square dancing; our interaction with all of you later in life are wonderful. Please know that Gary and I love you and you are in our hearts and prayers.

Suzanne,Sending my condulences to you for your loss. I understand the sorrow you are feeling at this time. It is hard, but a joy that they are back with their loving partner. I lost my mom at 95 years old a year ago in January. I also lost my oldest daughter to cancer after a short 3 month battle a year ago in January. Lost them both within 19 hours of each other. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family during this time of grieving.A high school classmate & friend,Rosalie Dabb Polson

Valerie and I wish to extend to the family of Bro Millspaw, our sincere sympathy, particularly to Sister Mary and Brother Cottrell whom we have grown to admire and love for the church experiences we shared together. We grew to know Bro Charles thru Mary and Dale and were grateful to hear of their love and concern during his illness and visits each Sunday to their home for Sunday Dinner. It is our desire that the cherished memories will bring you peace and comfort at this time, is our prayer.

I have had many hours of simple joy from learning and watching the wonderful world of Round Dancing you and Betty shared. Go to your Betty, we will embrace those you must leave behind.

I have many great memories of Charlie and Betty. My folks, Darald and Vera Fuller, would go many places with your folks, Renny and Colleen Mann and many other square dancers. They also went places with them other than square dancing, I was even able to go with them sometimes. I have many fond memories of being with them. :}May your family be blessed with the comfort that Charlie is out of pain and with Betty again. I know I will miss talking to him. Love to all of you, Darla.

Charlie was a precious adopted member of our family. He was loved dearly by all of us, my father and mother, Reed and Billie Taysom, Scott Taysom and myself, Joan Taysom Clark. My grandparents adored him also. He always called each of us on our birthdays and after each member had passed away he would call me on their special day. It is amazing that he remembered all of us. He made several trips in his late 80's to stay with my husband Carl and myself. These were special times for me and for Carl. Charlie and Carl really loved talking and sharing stories. Charlie had a plethora of them..I remember Charlie and his precious wife Betty at most of the games cheering for Ben Lomond's teams. He was such a great supporter.Charlie and our Dad had a very unique relationship, although they were just partners in business they loved one another like brothers.I loved the fact that even though he missed his sweet wife terribly he kept pretty busy traveling and attending the temple after she passed away. He had a great sense of humor and was an inspiration to our family. I am sure that he had a great homecoming with Betty and other family members this past week. He will be missed a great dealWe love you Charlie, Your other two kids, Scott and Joanie.
