Kent Casey Corwin

November 10, 1955 - February 24, 2015

Casey passed away unexpectedly due to a cerebral brain hemorrhage.  He was born November 10, 1955 to Patsy L. Thomas McFarland and Kent Corwin.  He married Laura Langliers and had two beautiful children, Candice Page and Kent Cody.  Laura and Casey divorced years later but stayed close friends.

Casey was a caring and loving son, brother, father, grandfather and friend.  He lived to help others and was a friend to everyone.

Casey was a very successful Real Estate Agent in the Ogden area for ten years and a Real Estate Broker for twenty years in Denver, Colorado.  He was an avid snow and water skier.  He loved to hunt and fish with his son Cody, who was the apple of his eye.  He also adored his daughter Candice and beautiful grandchildren Levi, Charlotte and Juliette.

Casey is survived by his children Candice (Michael) Schrembri; his grandchildren:  Levi, Charlotte and Juliette; Cody Corwin; his mother Patsy L. McFarland; his sister Tamra (Boyd) Hansen; and his brother Shaun Corwin.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Florence and Virgil Corwin and his father, Kent.

Why Casey was taken from his family so early in life will never be known.  But what we do know is he will be with his father, Kent, his grandparents, many old friends and his Heavenly Father.

Family will meet friends Monday, March 2, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Leavitt’s Mortuary, 836 – 36th St., Ogden, UT.  Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, March 3 at Leavitt’s Aultorest Memorial Park, 836 – 36th St., Ogden.

In lieu of flowers, please donate to your favorite charity.

Dear Pat, Please accept my sincere sympathy for the loss of your sweet Casey. I remember all the stories you shared of him and what a special son he was. I also remember his talent and kindness as he led me through the process of finding and purchasing a home. He went far beyond what would be expected and truly made this monumental process a pleasure for a young mother. Please know you are in my prayers. I know the love and memories of him will always warm your heart until you meet him again. God bless.

Dear Pat, Casey's Mother, I was so shocked to learn of Casey's death. He really was one great and talented person. Now, he and his father can see one another, and watch over all of us. So many years have passed, but the Corwin's will always be a part of the good old days, and all the great times we all had knowing one another. To Casey's Wife and Children: You had a great husband, father, and one of the most gifted people I knew. The ski hills will always miss him. Again, my condolences to all of you.
