Mike and Cindy:It's been a long time since we've see each other. I have thought of you often through the years and wondered how you were. As you can see, I'm no longer in Utah but I did want to give you my sympathy with Kristopher. I used to watch all those kids when they were little. If I hadn't seen the last name, I wouldn't have recognized him. He's all grown up along with the other kids. It's been a long time. I would love to hear from you. Please e-mail me at to catch up. Although we did not see Kris as often as we would have liked, the time we did have together was filled with love and laughter. All the the times that we came out to Utah to see our family, we always got together for a cookout that was filled with laughter, fun, and love. We will miss this each time we come out visit in Utah. We send our love and prayers to his family, may they know that we will see him again in heaven, and that he will be there watching over his boys, sisters, and brothers and all the other people he cared for and loved.God Bless,Sandy and Duc Barker

To: Mike and Cindi ( father and mother)Anita & I were both shocked when read about your son. We rembered him as a little guy and he was all boy, happy and running around. We wanted to get to the life cellabration, but with taking care of elderly parents and lifes demands we just could not make it. So please take our condolances to you and his bothers and sisters. It would be nice to visit, please feel free to e-mail me, so we can reconect again. When a child has gone there is something that is lost. But the memory of the time you had him with you, is what will help you make it through the days ahead. And it is thoes memorys that makes his life mean somethng to all that new him. Think what would our lifes be missing if we never knew him. for that reason smile in the joy of his life. (I am sure he is,)

I have so many memories of Kris. I first met Kris at classic skating rink at the age of 16 he was 13. Kris hung out with another kid also named Chris ( Huggins ). We had a blast playing air hockey, teasing eachother, and just being teenagers on a friday or saturday night. Kris was a kind, loving, and caring man. He believed a man is only as good as his word, and he lived by that statement well into adulthood. I have hung out with Kris at many bars after we became adult's such as The Dry Cow, The Tamarack, The old outlaw, as well as the new Outlaw. Kris would always stand behind me and kick me in the butt while doing line dances. I was looking thru some pictures, and came across one of Kris, myself, trent ( crazy ace ) and a guy names troy celebrating the life of Troy "Little tex" Weston at the dry cow after troy's passing. This is the only picture i have with Kris in it, and i will treasure it always. Kris has made me realize that life is short, and to hold on to the ones you love no matter if they are family or friends because tomorrow is never promised. My thoughts, and prayers are with his family that they may find the courage to continue on until they meet again. That they remember this is not goodbye this is just see ya later because they will meet again. I had a grandma that passed from cancer and i seen first handhow she suffered daily, and am sooooo thankful that Kris will not have to suffer anymore, and that he will always be young. My prayers are also with his friends that we remember the good times, and let eachother know how thankful we are that we are a part of eachothers lives. THANK YOU KRIS FOR BEING A FRIEND. R.I.P. BUDDY LOVE AND MISS YOU DEARLY SO UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN SEE YA MY FRIEND WITH MUCH LOVE AND RESPECT.........

Midget, So many memories...all the nights cruising the Blvd. in the Toy, staying w/ you and your dad after drinking all night, the Country Kitchen, C.R. England, and so many more. I regret the fact that we didn't hang out more as adults. Your passing has taught me that no matter how busy life gets, we need to slow down and take a time out. Take time to spend with those people that mean the most to us. Whether it be friends or family. You will be grealty missed. R.I.PLuv ya Kris,Sarah and Jason Hamer

Not sure if you remember me but we lived behind your family in Roy. We often got into mischief together and spent many summer days playing laser tag or throwing water balloons at each other over the fence. We once had a covert birthday party for you at our house and you always were there with a helping hand. Me, Jared Jensen, my brother (Trevor), and others talk about you often... just so sad that you left this earth before our paths crossed again. Gone before your time but know your memory lives on in our stories of terrorizing the neighborhood.Sleep well my friend, you did well...Justin

I have no idea how to express in words that love for Kris. He is such a great person , one who always stood by our side no matter what. I have great memories of times camping , four wheeling , hanging out in the garage and enjoying our times with Kris. We have lost a part of our family and our hearts weep for his loss. We promise that he will be with us during every adventure, he has always been with us and will continue. Your such a strong man Kris and the love and friendship will never be forgotten. We will embrase your boys and watch after them as you would want us to. And we will celebrate your life, love and your heat. I love you my friend and miss you more than words could express..
