It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a loving Husband, Father, Son, Brother, Uncle, Michael Ralph Ryan. Mike was born on March 28, 1960, in Ogden, Utah to June Thornton and Ralph Ryan. Mike grew up in Ogden and attended Ogden High graduating in 1978. Mike was employed by Parker Hannifin and succeeded as an Aerospace Engineer while at Parker Hannifin. Mike was married to Jennifer Brown on December 30, 1988, in Lake Havasu, Arizona under the London Bridge. Mike had two children he loved and adored, Angela Ryan and Patrick Michael Ryan.

Mike is survived by his children Angela and Patrick; his Dad, Ralph R. (Mary) Ryan, his sister, Sharon Ryan Bull and a brother in law Michael Dearden. Mike had 4 nieces and nephews, Alison Bull, Stuart Bull, Justin (Courtney) Dearden, Brooke (Matt) Dearden Douglas.

Mike was preceded in death by his grandparents, his mom June Sentkowski and his step dad, Denny Sentkowski and sister Diane Dearden.

Memorial Services will be held Thursday, June 13, 2013, 3:00 p.m. at Leavitt’s Mortuary, 836 36th street. Online condolences may be made at

Mike was a great friend. Worked with him for many years. We ran around golfing, paryting and just enjoying life. He was always a character when we out and about and was a good golfer, but i wouldn't tell because his head would swell up. Rest in peace!
