The family would like to thank her amazing friends, her angels, who have gone above and beyond to help her through her illness.

Memorial Services will be held Leavitt’s Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden, Utah on Thursday, April 19, 2018, at 5:00 pm with a visitation one hour prior to the service.

I am so sorry for your loss. Patti was a great person. She was a wonderful staff assistant. We worked together for a number of years and she always gave nothing but her best. She will be sorely missed by her family and friends.

I am very sorry to hear that Patty has been ill and has passed away. I really enjoyed working with her for many years at Ogden High School. We had some good times working together. Patty was always up beat, kept me in line which wasn't easy, and genuinely cared, protected and loved the special education students at Ogden High while she worked there. Thinking of her brings back fond memories and the good times we shared. She loved and collected angels and truly was an angel.

Pat was my 2nd mom, my friend and someone who will always have a very very special place in my heart! I have the fondest memories of her that I will always hold so dear! It’s not every day you get to meet someone like Pat. The sweetest person I have truly ever met. She always had such great advise for me. RIP Pat until we meet again. I love you!
