To Rose's Family. I became acquainted with Rose when she lived on 32nd Street in Ogden. She was neighbors to my previous in-laws. She was a very fun lady. When we would visit the Antonich's, she and George would come over and we would sit on the patio or in the kitchen, talking and laughing. She was special and I will never forget her. She bought my first-born son, Roth, a beautiful blue blanket. My condolences to you. Ava Tracy

Rose, George, Jennifer and Chris have been family friends for as long as I can remember. My Mom and Rose grew up together, went to High School together and have remained friends ever since. We used to go skiing, sleigh riding, biking and the Flygare's even came up and helped build our cabin. I remember staying over night at Jen's house and my Mom and Dad took Rose and George to the hospital when Chris was born. True friends are hard to find but when you are fortunate to have one for a life time that says a lot. All relationships have there ups and downs and sometimes, more often than not, you don't get to see each other as much as you would like but when you do get that privileged moment, the one that you walk away from with a smile and a warm heart and all the great history comes rushing back, puts you on the warm fuzzy track again... that's true friendship, that was Rose. She always greeted with a welcoming smile. Rose was one tough lady, she was definitely a fighter with everything she went through, my heart goes out to her for the struggles she had to endure. I think it was difficult for my Mom to see, not only was she fighting her own bought with cancer, it probably brought back memories of the loss of her daughter, my sister. I am sure we can all damn cancer! My husband and I had an Alaskan Malamute for 14 years, it was like our child. We had to put him down and for a long time after I would hear a siren and expect a howl from the back yard--nothing would come. I would drive in the driveway and expect him to push his furry head through the rungs of the fence--it wouldn't happen. 20 years later, a different house, but I still miss old Buck. 20 years from now I'll still be looking in Snowbasin's parking lot for that old motor home or on the slopes for the blonde, tanned faced, lipsticked lady. Jen, Richard, Chris, Tiffany and especially all the grand kids, you have my deepest sympathy. You were truly her life. We'll miss you Rose Love Danielle

I am so very sorry for your loss. Rose was a beautiful and caring person and I am fortunate to have been able to call her "my friend" for many years. We were able to have coffee and a wonderful visit at her home last October when I was in Ogden. She was always welcoming when I showed up at her front door. I have many memories of ski team trips and climbing to the top of Mt. Ogden with her. There will be a part missing on my next trip to Ogden. Rest in Peace for now Rose, and then look for a good ski run. Miss you much ... Jo
