I had the privilege of greeting Teri every Sunday morning for years, at Clover Trintiy Luthern Church. We always made a point of something that made us laugh. I will miss her.

I lived in the room next to Teri my first year at Concordia College in Ann Arbor, MI. Teri was incredibly perceptive and giving. I was a busy student and involved in many activities, but Teri always knew when I was down. I would come home late and find notes or Bible verses taped to my door. One verse brought me to tears on a particularly difficult night and has since been by favorite BIble verse. Jeremiah 29: 11-13 "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart."

I thank the Lord for Teri's friendship. Her smile and laugh was contagious! She had such a heart of gold. She was allergic to her pets, yet she would not think of getting rid of any of them! She makes me smile even now thinking about her and all the crazy fundraisers we did! I'm glad the Lord allowed her to be a part of my life. She is not laboring now as she is in heaven where there is no sin, no tears, no pain, no death, and no sorrow. Can't wait to meet her there!
