Wayne was a true leader with a very caring and giving sweet soul. Three Link Tower was truly blessed to have him as a resident for over 27 years. He was an outstanding resident always looking out for his neighbors and fellow residents. He was happiest when he was volunteering and helping others who were less fortunate. He will be truly missed.
