Goldie Rose Grosgebauer; the sweet, beloved daughter of Ted and Lisa Grosgebauer, passed away on February 23, 2019.
Born July 2, 1998, Goldie was raised in the beautiful Ogden Valley, (Eden, UT). With an innate passion for nature, she loved to hike, camp, ski, paddle board, and pick wildflowers with the closest of friends. She developed a unique connection and respect for Mother Nature. She was pursuing an education in Urban Planning & Ecology with a desire to make the world she loved a better place.
Goldie cultivated lifelong relationships with numerous persons young and old. Those who knew her recognized she had a unique knack for style, photography, Interior Design, and she was an artist.
Always motivated to learn, Goldie attended Weber High School, Weber State University, the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and the University of Utah.
Preceded in death by grandparents, Jackie and Glendon Malnar, and Roger Grosgebauer.
Goldie is survived by her parents; her beloved brother, Lance Munsee; boyfriend, Dalton Bouchard; grandmother, Barbara Grosgebauer; aunts, uncles and cousins too numerous to list.
Goldie’s family wishes to express sincere gratitude for the outpouring of love and support from all.
A viewing and gathering will be held at Leavitt’s Mortuary, 836 – 36th St., Ogden, UT on Sunday, March 3, 2019 from 1:00 – 4:00 pm. A Celebration of Life will be held in her honor (location and time to be determined). All are welcome and encouraged to attend.
