Adolpho Guadalupe Castillo, 56, passed away on Sunday, September 22, 2013 of natural causes. He was born on July 11, 1957, son of Juan and Esperanza Castillo in Ogden, Utah. Dofo attended Ogden High School. He married Tina Castillo April 13, 1997 in The Dalls, Oregon. Dofo begain his first career with GSL, then to the Southern Pacific Railroad and later with the Goldendale Aluminum Union Plant in Washington. Dofo was a very strong hard worker. In June 2012 he moved back to Utah to be with his family. Dofo was the most loving father and grandfather. He loved each and every one of them beyond words. He was a wonderful husband and a great provider and he will be missed by all that loved him. Dofo had many, many friends. Dofo is survived by his wife, 3 children, Teresa (Robert) Gray of Plain City, Utah , Christopher (Bobbie) Castillo of Ogden,Utah, Marcos (Cassandra) Castillo of Waterville,Kansas, 2 step-children Brandy and Chayo Espinoza, his father Juan Castillo, 3 sisters, Linda(Robert)Garcia of Ogden, Utah, Olga(Miguel)Luna of Roy, Utah and Marina(Lee)Balderaz of Beeville, Texas, 15 grandchildren and one great grandchild, many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother, Esperanza Castillo, brother Juan Castillo, Jr., Step-son Levi Brandon Espinoza and Step-son James JR Ruiz A memorial service will be held on Saturday September 28, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Leavitts Mortuary 836 36th Street, Ogden, Utah. A viewing will be held at the mortuary on Friday night from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. prior to services. Donations are being accepted at Leavitts Mortuary to offset funeral costs. Cremation under the direction of Leavitts Crematorium.
