Cheryl Jan Buchanan, 58, passed away August 15, 2015. She was born November 4, 1956 to Nina Gayle and Arland Peterson in Ogden, Utah. She attended Weber High School and was married to Paul Henry Smith. Jan is survived by her parents, two sons, Josh Buchanan and Jefferson Smith and her granddaughter, Janna Buchanan. Also surviving are five brothers and sisters and many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Jans Life will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Leavitts Mortuary, 836 36th Street. Family will greet friends prior to services from 1:00-2:00 pm. Interment Leavitts Aultorest Memorial Park.
