Chris was born May 8, 1931 to Genoveva Aragon and Alfredo Montoya in Cuba, NM and departed this earth on March 10, 2017.
He served his country honorably from November 9, 1951 to July 8, 1953 during the Korean War. He then made his life in Ogden and Roy, Utah. He married in August 1952 and later divorced in 1973. From this union he raised five children.

He enjoyed golfing with the Railroaders, his son, Chris and anyone who would raise their sword at him.
