On October 8, 2018, our sweet Gabby left this world to be with God, his angels, and saints. She was born on December 9, 2016 in Omaha, Nebraska to Nicholas and Angelique Remkes and completely changed their lives for the better. Through Gabbys short life, she exemplified the attributes of an angel. She was the strongest person we have ever known and enjoyed life each and every day. Gabby had an infectious smile and attitude that brightened everyones day. Through her funny gestures, facial expressions, and gorgeous smile, she made this world a better place. Gabby and Angelique were inseparable and enjoyed snuggling together, going out on the town, and experiencing life to the fullest. She had her father wrapped around her little finger and melted his heart every day. Gabby loved playing games, spending time with, and bossing around her brothers Braxton and Caiden, who were the best big brothers possible. She loved being with her cousins and loved everyone. Gabby is survived by her parents, Nick and Angelique; her brothers, Braxton and Caiden; Grandparents Mike and Cindy Robertson, Derek and Barbara Dunaj, George Remkes, Albert Medina; Aunts and Uncles Chris and Holly Remkes, Robyn and Garrett Frost, Randi Medina, Cheyenne Remkes, Trisha Remkes, Bronson (Ashley) Robertson, Josh Robertson, and Wesley Robertson; Cousins Weston, Spencer, Ivy, Willow, Angel, Austin, and Christian. Funeral Mass will be held at St. James Catholic Church, 495 N. Harrison Blvd., Ogden, UT on Friday October 12, 2018 at 12:00 Noon. Viewing 10:45-11:45 am prior at the Church. Interment at Leavitts Aultorest Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the "Gabriella Remkes Charitable Account" at America First Credit Union.
