James "Big Jim" Leonard Rochell Sr., passed away April 25, 2014. James was born April 14, 1936, in Kaysville, Utah, to Ardle P. Rochell and Edith M. Todd. He married Hattie May Pritchard on March 14, 1956, in Ogden, Utah. Big Jim loved staying at his cabin, hunting, fishing, and repairing anything that was broken. He loved spending time with family and friends. Surviving is his loving wife Hattie Pritchard Rochell, his children, Leonard Rochell, Elaine Baker, Walter Rochell, Tim Hindes, and Paul (Dariel) Rochell; 17 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are one brother and four sisters; two faithful companions Copper and Shasta. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, one brother, and his four legged working partner, Sammy.
