In Loving Memory of Neil Eugene Decker March 10, 1965 ~ July 18, 2014 Neil Eugene Decker, 49, passed away unexpectedly, unnecessarily, and tragically July 18, 2014 as the victim of a violent crime in Alder Point, CA. Neil loved fishing, boating, being at the river and in the mountains. His favorite football team was the Pittsburg Steelers. Neil is survived by his mother, Darlynn Tolman, father, Clyde Decker, three sisters, Carol, Debbie, and Mary. Also surviving is one daughter, Arianna and his long-time significant other, Melissa Toner. Neil is preceded in death by his son Jonathan Decker.
