Tammie Jean Cordes, 43, passed away on her birthday, October 28, 2015.
Tammie is survived by her two daughters, Flora and Shelly Cordes; her granddaughter, Elizabelle Cordes; sister, Teresa Young-McGuire, Velvet Hooser; and brother, Vernon Hooser.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Leavitts Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden, Utah.
