Aldred William Van De VanterAldred passed away on Thursday, April 5, 2012. His best friend and wife of 74 years, Lorayne, was at his side, just as she was in life. He was born on May 21, 1917 in Delta, Utah to Billy and Elsie Van De Vanter. He was a strong and proud man, a loyal friend, and always provided for his family. He will be missed by all. He is survived by his wife Lorayne; son, Ron; daughter, Dixie Hill, six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. A private viewing will be held for family only and a memorial service for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Leavitts Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden, UT.Services under the direction of Leavitts Mortuary.
