Annette Egbert, age 89 of Ogden Utah passed away on August 22, 2024, from an accidental fall at her home.

She was born May 20, 1935 to Walt and Lavon Bradshaw.

Annette attended Ogden High School in 1953 and married Jerry Egbert; together they had three sons, Brad, Doug and Jeff. They later divorced and Annette raised her three young sons while teaching them to show empathy, compassion, and respect for fellow humans and to work hard to achieve personal goals.

Annette worked for the Internal Revenue Service and received promotions and awards throughout her career. She also made lifelong friends along the way.

Annette spent many summers with her best friend and Sister Jo Thompson, enjoying camping and riding 4 wheelers at their property in the Wyoming Mountains. Fellow property owners nicknamed them the Mountain Sisters of Aspen Springs. They would visit many friends along their route to socialize and party, just to repeat it again the next day.

Grandkids and Great-Grandkids have fond memories of sleeping over at Grandma Annie's house; she enjoyed baking cookies and cakes for them and taking her grandkids on shopping adventures. She loved her grandkids so much, she also loved her many dogs over the years and often would gladly watch other family members' dogs while they were on vacation.

Annette was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Saints Highland ward and valued her relief society friends that would often check in on her.

Annette is survived by sons, Brad (Denece) Egbert, Jeff Egbert, daughter-in-law Sandy (Doug deceased) Egbert, Grandsons, Brandon (Jen) Egbert, T. J. (Darby) Egbert, Granddaughters, Melanie Egbert, Katie (Justin) Crosby. Eight great-grandchildren, Chloe,

Megan, Tristan, Lily, Jackie, Kai, Oakley and Jaxon.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Walt and Lavon Bradshaw, Sisters, Jeri Conolly, Jo Thompson, Mary Sorensen and special son Douglas Egbert.

Annette was an amazing mother, grandmother and loved her family and lifelong friends. She will truly be missed by all.

Funeral Service will be held Thursday 29, 2024 at 11:00 at Leavitt's Mortuary, 836 36 Street Ogden. Friends may visit family Thursday from 10 to 11 am at the Mortuary.

Friends and family are invited to attend a luncheon at the Timbermine Restaurant 1701 Park Blvd Ogden. There will be an open mike if anyone would like to share a story of Annette.
