Anton Tony Sadar's Obituary

Anton Tony Sadar, 80, passed away at Ogden Regional Medical Center on December 10, 2013 surrounded by his family. Anton was born October 23, 1933 to Anton Sadar and Yosefa Papes in Yugoslavia/Slovenia. He got his education in agriculture in Yugoslavia/Slovenia. He married Ema Plahut in Germany on April 8, 1958. Anton came to the United States in 1959 where he settled in Midvale, UT to work with the produce at Berns Super Foods. He then went to Hill Air Force Base as produce manager where he eventually retired. He loved to fish and camp and enjoyed traveling, especially with his family and friends. Anton is survived by his wife, Ema; his son, Zoran Sadar, Clearfield, UT; a sister, Milka Rulf, Germany; a sister, Marica Bradac, Slovenia; a brother, Joe Sadar, Sr., Salt Lake City, and several nieces and nephew in Slovenia, Germany and the United States. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, and two sisters from Slovenia. It was Antons wishes not to have a funeral service, please remember him at his best of life.
