Barbara Kae Pulsipher, 83, beloved mother, sister, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully in Ogden Utah Oct 10, 2023. She was born in Ogden Utah to Eldon Gordon Lowham, and Ruth Powell Lowham [Powell] on April 28, 1940. Barbara graduated from Ogden High School in 1958 and later attended Stephens Henagers College. In 1959 she married her high school sweetheart Joseph William Pulsipher in the Salt Lake City Temple and went on to have two children, Deborah, and Steven Pulsipher. Barbara was a home maker raising two children and caring for a household and found joy in scrap booking. Barbara was preceded in death by her mother and father (Ruth and Eldon Lowham), her brother Gordon [Lowham], sister Anne [Clark], and survived by her daughter Debbie [Pulsipher], son Steven, sisters Gwen [Sieg] and Kathy [Fields], and two grandkids Kayshia [Pulsipher], and Seth Pulsipher. She will be deeply missed by her family and all those who knew her. Services will be held on Monday Oct. 16th 2023 at Leavitts Mortuary 836 36th St., Ogden Utah 84403 Barbara will be forever remembered as a loving mother & grandmother, devoted sister. Her memory will live on in all the hearts who knew her. May she rest in eternal peace.
