Barbara Jene Woolsey, 65, passed away April 22, 2020. Barbara was born May 26, 1954 to Norma Betts and Swelyn Cude in St, George, Utah. Barbara attended Washington High School. She married Grant Woolsey. If we listen closely we can hear the rustle of angel wings and know that youre still with us. Barbara is survived by her five children, Jason Tutt, Clay Tutt, Missy Gardner, Katherine Tutt, and Kassandra Tutt. She is also survived by her sixteen grandchildren.
