A beloved mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend Belynn Kay Bedford Phillips passed away suddenly from us on July 5, 2013. Belynn was born September 30, 1948 in Ogden, Utah a daughter of Norman Bedford and Shirley Bedford Witkowski. She grew up in Washington Terrace attending local schools and graduated from Bonneville High School. Belynn lived all her life in Ogden and surrounding cities. She married Gary Phillips, they were later divorced. In 1968, she had a daughter Kim, who she loved enormously and who was always her best friend in good times and bad. Belynn worked at various jobs in her life and met and made many friends. She was a kind hearted person that people always remembered. She loved animals especially her grandbaby cats Molly and Archie and her beloved ones that passed, Pooh and Ayla. Belynn is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Phillips, mother Shirley Witkowski, siblings Kathy Nelson, Debbie (Leonard) Quintana and Nick Witkowski, Aunts and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Norman Bedford, a sister Pamela Pierrien and a niece Michelle Pierrien. Memorial Services will be held at the Washington Terrace 2nd Ward Church at 4120 S. 300 W. in Washington Terrace on Friday July 12, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Service Information
