Bernard (Ben) J. Lehrmann, 83, passed away Friday, February 27, 2015. He was born in New Orleans, LA. to Joseph Lehrmann and Mary Maniscalco. He married Donna Darlington on August 2, 1950. Together they had three children. They were later divorced. He married Shirley Johnson on March 25, 1975. He was a soldier in the United States Army and served in the Korean War. He worked at Hill Air Force Base and retired after 33 years. Ben and his wife Shirley were avid dancers. They traveled the United States and the Caribbean Islands dancing at various venues. Ben also taught dancing for many years. Ben is survived by his wife and two daughters, Mary (Dallan) Williams and Loretta (Douglas) Frecker; daughter-in-law, Suzette Lehrmann; eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Daniel S. Lehrmann. A viewing will be held at Leavitts Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden, UT on Thursday, March 5, at 12:45 - 1:45 pm.
