Bernarda Gurule, 85, passed away March 6, 2013, from natural causes. She was born October 20, 1927 to Joe and Eloise Martinez in Aztec, New Mexico. She married Jose Daniel Gurule on January 29, 1945. Our mother took pride in helping her kids and grandkids or anyone in need. She loved Wendover; she was the casino grandma. Mama we love you and will miss you every day. Bernarda is survived by her children, Ortencia, Cordy, Sandra, Linda, Lydia, Jewel, Gerard, Raymond, Roberta, Valentino, Ralph and June. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband and daughter Nina. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. at Leavitts Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden, Utah. Cremation under the direction of Leavitts Mortuary.
