Bette Leola Watkins Glover passed away on January 2, 2016 peacefully with her husband and sons by her side. Bette was born July 11, 1936 in Nampa, ID to Ray and Yodie Watkins. She lived in Minidoka, ID and later the family moved to Pocatello, ID. She attended Pocatello High School. She married Reid Glover in February 1952. They were together 62 years. They had five children. The family moved to Ogden, Utah in 1964. Bette worked at the Defense Depot for 29 years. She retired in 1993. Reid and Bette traveled extensively, visiting all 50 states and much of Europe. She was a Boston Red Sox and Oakland Raiders fan. Bette is survived by her husband, Reid; five children: Christi (Rick) Jones, Patti (Roy) Mercado, Darrell (Sue) Glover, Don (Cathrine) Glover and Dennis (Tammy) Glover; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. We love you Mom and we will miss you everyday. A Memorial Service for family and friends will be held Saturday, January 9, 2016 from 11:00 am 2:00pm at the Washington Estates Club House, 1450 N. Washington Blvd., Ogden. Private family interment will beat Leavitts Aultorest Mausoleum.
