Farr West Beverly Jean Olsen Ward, our beautiful wife, mother and grandmother, 82, passed away peacefully in her daughter Jalenes arms on Sunday, June 26, 2016. She was born March 3, 1934 in Preston, Idaho to Velda D. Taylor and Wallace Henry Olsen. She married Wesley F. Ward on May 21, 1952, in Franklin, Idaho. Together they had four beautiful children that they raised in Ogden, Utah. Beverly worked at J.C. Penney and then opened her own business, Hobby Patch, with her daughter. Beverly was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. Her greatest joys in this life were her little grandchildren that she loved with all her heart. Beverly is survived by her husband, Wesley; daughter, Jalene Ward, Ogden, Utah; son, Terry Ward, Ogden, Utah; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and brother, Monte L. Olsen (Carole), Franklin, Idaho. She was sadly preceded in death by her parents; sons, Kim and Troy; brothers, Dayle and Lonny Olsen. The family would like to thank Peak Hospice for the love and compassion at the end of her journey. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Leavitts Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden, Utah.
