Carol Maureen Harrison

On Saturday, April 30th, Carol Maureen Harrison loving mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, and friend passed away at the age of 84. 

Carol was born February 14, 1938 to Orrin Milton Loftus and Irene Hobbs Loftus in Ogden, Utah.  She grew up in Ogden and graduated from Ben Lomond High School and attended Weber State University. 

Carol lived a full life loving and enjoying painting and embroidery and always made sure everyone knew how much she loved them. She loved meeting people and was loved by all who knew her. 

She was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and cherished her strong testimony of the Savior. 

She is survived by her three sons Jeff (Lorrie) Kevin (Diane Kidman) and Mike Allen, brothers Tony (Nancy) and Ron (Kellie) Loftus, five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews who loved their  Aunt Carol. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, husbands Gary Allen, Fred Harrison, and Jerry Olsen. Siblings, Sharlene Loftus, Terry Loftus, Debbie Meyer, Barbara Loftus and Don Loftus and granddaughter Mindee Allen.

The family wishes to express their thanks and appreciation to Everest Home Health and Hospice, especially Carly West and Shalee Salerno for their compassionate care of our mother and to Sunridge Assisted Living and Memory Care. 

Funeral services will be held Saturday May 7, 2022 at Leavitt’s Mortuary and Aultorest Memorial Park  836 36th Street, Ogden Utah at 11:00 a.m.  with a viewing prior beginning at 9:45-10:45 a.m.

God saw you getting tired.
