Carol Jill Rowley Norton December 14, 1949 ~ August 8, 2019 Carol Jill Rowley Norton passed away at 69 on August 8, 2019, in Ogden, Utah, with family by her side. Carol was born on December 14, 1949, to Lorin William Rowley and Irene Rowley in Salt Lake City, Utah. Carol graduated from Davis High School. Carol married Walt Woolslayer, later divorced. She then married Larry Norton on April 12, 1974. Carol loved bowling and crocheting for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Carol worked as a secretary for Rich Jones Screen Printing. She was also a caregiver. Carol is preceded in death by her father, mother, a brother and a sister. Carol is survived by her children, Lynda (Martin) Pyne of New Hampshire; Cindy Park-Galyk of Ogden, Utah; Debbie (Scott) Hill of Ogden, Utah; and Matthew "Ryan" Norton of Ogden, Utah. She is also survived by her brother Ed (Linda) Rowley of Arizona; sister Kathy Henderson of Ogden, Utah; sister Diane (Randy) Crawford of Salt Lake City, Utah. At the time of her death Carol had seven grandchildren: Nikita (Jason) Day, Joseph Goddard, Ashley (Moises) Hernandez, Kayla Goddard, Erika (Jesse) Fransisco, Preston (Fern) Sickles and Tyler Hill. Carol had ten great-grandchildren: Amillia Roberts, Mavis Roberts, Lillian Ivy Goddard, Alexis Fransisco, Elsha Fransisco, Jessika Fransisco, Kassydee Sickles, Deston Sickles, Joseph Sickles and Audrey Hill. Carol also had many, many nieces and nephews and cousins. Carol had many friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
