Carolyn Doering Hower, 70, passed away, Tuesday, June 12, 2018. She was born March 6, 1948, to Johnny and Darlene CoBaugh in Troy, Ohio. She attended Clearfield High School. She married Ray Curtis Hower in 1984. She was previously married to Dennis Doering, Sr. Carol was in the Air Force Reserves for four years and worked at St. Benedict's Hospital for 33 years which she loved. She was an avid deer hunter and fisherman. Some of our greatest times together were during the annual deer hunt and open fishing season. When the CoBaugh and Doering families would get out the camping gear and make some of the most memorable times. She will be deeply missed. Carol is survived by her son, Dennis Doering Jr.; daughter, Debby Doering; sisters, Cathy White, Sherry Claywell, and Jackie Van Meeteren; brother, Randy CoBaugh; three grandchildren, Cassandra Doering, Corey Reichert, and Shane Mitchell; and one great-grandchild, October Marie Reichert. She is preceded in death by her parents, Johnny and Darlene CoBaugh. Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 19, 2018, at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, 1579 East State Street, Clearfield, UT 84015 In lieu of flowers, please donate to a Veterans charity of your choice.
