Cathy Lynn Miller, 69, passed away peacefully at her home, Sunday June 10, 2018. Our sweet mom followed our dad into Heaven just 14 short months after he left this Earth. Cathy suffered for many years with Crohns Disease, and chronic pain as well other health issues. She can now be free from her pain. Cathy was born October 19, 1948, in Washington, Missouri to Milton and Esther Fraser. She was the youngest of four children. Cathy attended St. Pauls Lutheran School from kindergarten through eighth grade, she then attended Ogden High School, graduating in 1966 and was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church. She married her high school sweetheart, Ray Miller, on June 8th, 1969 at St Pauls Lutheran Church in Ogden, UT. After marrying, they moved to Tucson Arizona, but returned to Ogden five years later and finally made their home in Nordic Valley. Ray and Cathy spent 35 wonderful years together in that home. The children and grandchildren always loved going to the mountains to visit. She was so proud of her children, Wendy and Matt, and absolutely adored her grandsons Gage and Mason. She bragged about them every chance she got. Cathy is survived by one daughter and one son, Wendy (Austin) Barker, and Matt Miller; grandchildren, Gage Miller and Mason Barker. She was preceded in death by her husband Ray; her parents Milt and Esther; sisters Carolyn Hansen and Barbara Williams; and brother John Fraser. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, June 18th at 2:00pm. Visitation with family an hour beforehand at 1:00pm at Leavitts Mortuary, 836 36th street, Ogden, UT.
