Charlotte A. Bennett, 64, passed away September 7, 2018. Charlotte was born to Reynold and Bessie Blair in Presque Isle, Maine. She graduated from from Georgetown, High School in 1973. Charlotte is survived by her sisters,: Rebecca England and Kathy Rendon; sons, Christopher Powers and Patrick Powers; and two grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her father, mother, brothers, Gregory Blair and Roland Parker. Funeral Services will be private and at a later date.
