Christi Lee Andersen October 23, 1968- June 12, 2014 Christi Lee Andersen, 45, of Harrisville, Utah passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2014. Christi was born October 23, 1968 in Spokane, Washington. Christi was well-educated with multiple degrees and certifications in nursing which include RN, MSN, CCRN, and was currently working toward her Nurse Practitioner License. She was married to Darwyn Andersen and they lived together in Harrisville, Utah. Christi was dedicated to her family, helping others, and saving lives. Her love, compassion, humility, and humor touched the hearts of everyone she encountered as a wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, friend, mentor, teacher, and nurse. She worked as an educator for Hurst Review and a Cardiothoracic ICU Nurse at Intermountain Medical Center in Salt Lake City. Christi is survived by her husband of 20 years, Darwyn Andersen; two children: Erik and Araya Andersen, of Harrisville; daughter-in-law Molly; and two grandchildren: Casey and Rokzen Andersen. She is also survived by her parents: Sandra Rhodes and Roger & Gay Scharp; mother-in-law Geri Andersen; four siblings: Jeanne Izatt, Michael Scharp, Shannon Felder, and Steven Scharp; five step-siblings: Brad Wilson, Holly Piper, Heidi Tarbet, Katie Budge, and Clark Wilson; multiple brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to a memorial account in Christis name at Goldenwest Credit Union, account number 2729282. A viewing will be held from 6-8 pm, Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at Leavitts Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden, Utah. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at 11 am at the Harrisville LDS Ward at 435 West Harrisville Road, Harrisville, Utah. Burial to follow at Richman City Cemetery.
