Christine Smith Witherby, 68, passed away peacefully on November 7, 2017, free from any suffering, with her family by her side. She was born on April 13, 1949, to Melvin C. Smith and Lola Bingham in Ogden, Utah. She grew up in Washington Terrace and graduated from Bonneville High School. She married David Witherby and they have four children. They were later divorced. Christine worked at Harmons Grocery Store in Roy for over 20 years. She loved her kids and grandkids, with whom she spent a lot of time with after she retired. She also loved to visit her mom often. Christine had a full and happy life. Her passing was peaceful with no suffering with her family at her side. Christine is survived by her children, Fawn and Brian Allred, Doug and Misty Witherby, Sherry Crawford, and Shaun Witherby; ten grandchildren, Arianna, Derek, Gavin, Jace, Jordan, Brei, Keyonna, Kaylee, Kendra, and Atreyu; her mother, Lola Smith; and siblings, Bill Smith, Colleen Spencer, and Ralph Smith. She is preceded in death by her father, Melvin Smith, and her sister Evelyn Davis. A private family gathering will be held to celebrate Christines life. We love you forever mom!
