Cindy Ann Hartley, 56 passed away unexpectedly on Thursday October 3, 2024, in Ogden, Utah. Cindy was born November 11, 1967, to Francis Emily (Rochell) and Vern Kilfoyle Sr. in Ogden where she was raised and lived her entire life. Cindy Ann Hartley had two children, Christopher Britt Hartley and Cherie Emily Mulder.

Cindy deeply loved to help those around her! She loved to make food and feed those in need. Cindy's hobbies included going out in nature for rides with her mom Francis to see the views and animals, riding horses, and collecting elephants. Cindy made a lot of friends in her life. In the last year Cindy really enjoyed going skating. We are deeply shocked by her passing and are going to miss her laughter and positive presence.

Cindy was predeceased by her father Vern Kilfoyle Sr., brothers Vern Kilfoyle Jr and Keith Kilfoyle, and sister Carol Shugert. She is survived by her daughter Cherie (Joe) Mulder and Christopher (Christy) Hartley. Mom Francis Emily Kilfoyle, sisters Julie Kirkman and Shelley Kilfoyle. Grandkids: Caden and Nicolas Hartley, Joseph, Masen, and Madisyn Mulder.

Services will be held at Leavitt's Mortuary on October 10, 2024, at 2:00pm.
