Paradise- Claire AllenI was born Dec.12, 1924 in Paradise, UT., to Frank and Rhoda James Allen. I passed away peacefully due to causes incident to dementia on Oct.16, 2012, in Logan. I worked at various places in Ohio and California; working at Hughes Aircraft, a vacuum tube product co. in Carlsbad, CA., for 10 years and returned to Ogden in 1977. I was married in 1941 to Don Humphreys and later divorced, had three children: LaDawn Hirst, Marcene Hatch and Ken Humphreys, 8 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Mykell and Kiya Lewis were my pride and joy. I am survived by my daughter LaDawn, sisters: Betty Long, Virginia Carter and Ethel Seegmiller. Preceding me in death were my daughter Marcene, son Ken and 9 siblings.I appreciated what LaDawn did for me, shopping and taking me places. It is my request that there be no formal services.
