Clara Novak Rasmussen passed away at the home of her daughter and son-in-law on October 21, 2016. Mom was born on September 13, 1924 in Coram, Montana. She was the seventh child of Marie and Fred Novak. She graduated from Columbia Falls High School in 1942. In 1943, Mom met and married my Dad in Wendover, Utah. They were married 69-3/4 years until he passed in November of 2012. Mom is survived by her daughter, Dona and her son-in-law, Dennis Bitton. She also had three grandchildren: Kevin (Shelly) Bitton, Shelly Bramwell, and Donelle (Dean) Ricketts; seven great- grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Don; her parents; four sisters and two brothers. The family would like to thank South Davis Hospice for their wonderful care of Mom.
