Claris Hall Larsen, 96, passed away on March 28, 2018. She was born on June 22, 1921, to Joseph Jefferson Hall and Amanda Jensen in Arco, Idaho. Claris graduated from Hyrum High School and attended USU. She married Golden Taylor Larsen on May 29, 1942, and was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple. Claris enjoyed golfing, playing bridge with friends and cooking. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family; she truly treasured her role as a mother and grandmother. Claris is preceded in death by her husband, Golden; her three siblings; and her parents. She is survived by her daughter, Lynda (Tom) Rogers; her sons, Jeffrey (Shannon), Mark (Paula Kenny), Kent (Nanette Allen), and Chad (Shelly Sorenson); 15 grandchildren; and 33 great-grandchildren. Claris is preceded in death by her husband, Golden; her three siblings; and her parents. A private family gathering will be held at a later date. Services under the direction of Leavitts Mortuary.
