Clark Lee Evans, age 65, of Ogden, Utah, passed away unexpectedly on August 24, 2026.

Clark was born on April 11, 1961, to Leigh and Fern Evans in Cottonwood, Utah. He was the third of 14 children. He graduated from Cottonwood High School in 1979 and went on to serve a mission in Argentina.

After returning from his mission, Clark began a long and successful career serving the first-responder community. What started as simply supplying public safety uniforms became a lifelong commitment to building relationships, serving others, and making lasting friendships. Clark worked as a salesman and manager for Blauer, Eagle Company, Professional Armaments, and Skaggs Company. To Clark, a routine sale was never just a transaction, it was an opportunity to connect with people, serve his community, and build friendships that lasted a lifetime.

In 2010, Clark retired and spent his time doing what he loved most, loving, spoiling, and making memories with his grandchildren. He had a generous heart and was always looking for ways to help others. He made friends everywhere he went and had a way of making people feel welcomed and cared for.

One of Clark’s favorite sayings was:  “Each and every day, in every way, I get better and better and better.”

Clark was preceded in death by his parents, Leigh and Fern Evans; his grandparents; and many aunts and uncles.

He is survived by his children, Tayler (Braxton) Gilmore and Nathan (Brianna) Evans; his grandchildren, Bailee, Kaydence, Tyson, Briella, Layla, and Mikaylyn; and his 13 siblings.

Clark will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all those who had the privilege of knowing him. His kindness, generosity, friendship, and love for his family will be remembered and cherished always.

A private celebration of Clark’s life will be held on Sunday, August 30, 2026.
