Cleo Kilfoyle Mills October 22, 1942 ~ August 6, 2018 Cleo Kilfoyle Mills came into this world on October 22, 1942, to George and Cynthia Fowers Kilfoyle. She joined four siblings, Jay, Vern, Glen, and Merlene with SueAnn completing their family four years later. Cleo courageously lived a life that was full of struggle and heartbreaks. She came into this world with many physical challenges. She faced them head-on with awe-inspiring bravery and determination. On August 22, 1975, Cleo married the love of her life, Eugene Emerson Mills in the Ogden LDS Temple. They spent many happy years together until his passing in May 2005. Cleo was a friend to everyone she met. You would always find her with a smile on her face, and arms outstretched ready to embrace you. Everywhere she went, she was greeted by name and remembered fondly as an instant forever friend. Cleo was preceded in death by her parents, siblings and her dear husband, Eugene. She leaves behind countless nieces, nephews, and friends who will miss her beyond words. Her life and legacy will live on in each of us who had the honor of knowing and learning from her. She taught us what true endurance and courage look like. We are all better because we knew Cleo! A graveside service will be held at Leavitts Memorial Park, 836 36th Street, Ogden, Utah on Thursday, August 16, 2018, at 2:00 pm.
