Colby Lamont Helton, our beloved father, husband, son, grandson, brother, nephew, uncle, and friend, passed away Feb 19, 2022. He was born Oct 3, 1989, in Ogden Utah, son of Teri Greenwell and Jaden Helton. He made his home in Pocatello, Idaho with Nayeli Ruiz, where they had four beautiful children. Colby was the most loving and compassionate father to his children. He enjoyed spending his time hiking, watching the Las Vegas Raiders, Golden State Warriors, taking long car rides, and cooking with his family. Colby could often be found in the mountains or anywhere outdoors. From a young age Colby had an affinity for sports, especially football, which he played throughout high-school and later on with his kids. He was a successful salesman, starting his career from a very young age. Colby is survived by his wife Nayeli and five children: Summer, Zurick, Allie-May, Colby Jr., and Maddison.He is also survived by his mother Teri, father Jaden, and siblings Zackary, Braxton, Hallie, and Bayleigh. Colby is preceded in death by his grandparents Papo and Bama, Grandpa Lamont, and Auntie Traci. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, February 25, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Leavitts Mortuary 836 36th Street Ogden, Utah.
