Colleen Loreen Long was called back peacefully to her dear and loving Heavenly Father on August 7, 2016. Colleen was born January 31, 1959 to Vaughn and LaRue Long in Orem Utah. Colleen loved many types of arts and crafts to the point one could never keep up with her newest endeavors. She also loved antiques, gardening and taking all of her kids to the Christmas Parade. Colleen is survived by her children, Jeramy Long (Andrea), Kristin Long-Langner (Ashton), Sammi Long, and honorary son, Daniel Long; sister, Kay Basham (Wes); brother, Jim Long (Jackie), and most of all she leaves behind her most precious craftsher grandchildren; Ella, Alex (Xander), Levi, Avelyn, Breanna, Jacob, and her newest craft (yet to arrive) Sonya. She was preceded in death by her parents, Vaughn and LaRue Long and brother, William Long. Services will be held Saturday, August 13, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Leavitts Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden, Utah. Friends may visit with the family prior to services from 9:45 to 10:45 AM. Interment for family will be at Leavitts Aultorest Memorial Park, 836 36th Street, Ogden, Utah. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to Leavitts Mortuary to help with funeral costs.
