Together Again To our dear, sweet, caring, mother, grandmother and friend for many was called home in a very peaceful way on August 16, 2013. Connie M. Evenhuis was born October 6, 1937 to the parents of Farrel W. & Bessie (Welker) Jacobson in Bloomington, Idaho. There with her three brothers: Reid, James (deceased) and Noel and one sister Julie, they moved to Utah and called it their home. At the age of 16, she met and married Grant Pugmire, together they 2 children, Steve and Vicki (deceased). They later divorced. She then met and married Jimmie Kristoffersen, they had two children: Robert and Thomas Kristoffersen. They later divorced. Later in life she finally met and married her loving soul mate Antoon (Tony) Evenhuis. They finally had their marriage sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on August 5, 1993. Mom also had a truly wonderful friend named Sita Rigby and she had a step daughter, Kathy Weaver who was very close. Being a very loving and caring wife and mother to all that was with her throughout her life. Connie is also survived by family and countless friends. Connie was preceded in death by both parents, a daughter, granddaughter and a grandson. Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 23, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Leavitts Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden, Utah.
